From the garden to the table
Our project is based on a principle of eco-sustainability and the idea of the zero km farm: working the organic products of our garden, so as to delight the guests of the Convito di Curina with genuine raw materials and traditional preparations.
Following the natural cycle of the seasons, in the garden of the property we grow vegetables such as zucchini, tomatoes, onions, different varieties of cabbage, leeks, artichokes, etc. The rest of the foods that you will find on the menu are bought from nearby companies that produce according to our own philosophy of quality.
Villa Curina offers unique culinary experiences not only for the taste but also to enhance the culture of the territory: our mission is in fact to recover the flavors and scents of the past to not risk losing them.
